These Terms of Service govern the use of spoolheelyckd.com and the purchase of Women's Shoes from Tak Fai Limited. By accessing spoolheelyckd.com or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use spoolheelyckd.com or purchase products from Tak Fai Limited.
Orders and Accounts
The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Tak Fai Limited reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tak Fai Limited. Tak Fai Limited will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
Products and Pricing
Tak Fai Limited sells Women's Shoes. Product descriptions, images, and availability are displayed on spoolheelyckd.com. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and style. Prices for Women's Shoes are stated on spoolheelyckd.com. The customer must pay the total amount at checkout. Tak Fai Limited accepts payment methods displayed at checkout. The customer authorizes Tak Fai Limited to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Prices are subject to change before order acceptance.
Shipping and Delivery
Tak Fai Limited ships Women's Shoes to addresses provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are provided at checkout and by the carrier. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier delivery. The customer must inspect the package upon receipt and report damaged or defective items under the Damaged or Defective Goods section.
Returns and Refunds: 14 days No-Reason Policy
Tak Fai Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy for Women's Shoes. The customer must request a return within 14 days of receipt. The customer must return the Women's Shoes unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. The customer must obtain a return authorization from Tak Fai Limited before sending any item. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Tak Fai Limited will inspect returned Women's Shoes. If the returned item meets the return conditions, Tak Fai Limited will approve the refund. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, Tak Fai Limited will deny the refund and may return the item to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refund Processing
Refund processing begins after Tak Fai Limited approves the return. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear in the customer's account. The customer must allow up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in regions with local laws that require additional processing time. Tak Fai Limited is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or financial institutions after Tak Fai Limited submits the refund.
Damaged or Defective Goods
The customer must inspect all Women's Shoes immediately upon receipt. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Tak Fai Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must provide order details, photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. If Tak Fai Limited confirms the item is damaged or defective, Tak Fai Limited will provide a return authorization and cover return shipping. If the customer does not submit a claim within exactly 7 days of receipt, Tak Fai Limited cannot accept the claim for damaged or defective goods. This 7-day claim period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by Hong Kong law. The governing law is Hong Kong law. The customer and Tak Fai Limited submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any claim must be brought in Hong Kong courts.
Intellectual Property
All content on spoolheelyckd.com is owned by Tak Fai Limited or its licensors. The customer must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission from Tak Fai Limited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tak Fai Limited.
Limitation of Liability
Tak Fai Limited provides spoolheelyckd.com and Women's Shoes on an "as available" basis. Tak Fai Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Tak Fai Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Tak Fai Limited total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify Tak Fai Limited against claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from the customer's violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of spoolheelyckd.com.
Changes to Terms of Service
Tak Fai Limited may update these Terms of Service. The current version is posted on spoolheelyckd.com. The customer must review the Terms of Service before each purchase. Continued use of spoolheelyckd.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
